  • Maintain continuous “inspection-ready” operations.
  • Perform quarterly internal mock audits.
  • Verify that all licenses, SOPs, security footage, and inventory records are up to date.
  • Upon regulator arrival, notify the Compliance Manager immediately.
  • Escort regulators at all times while on-site.
  • Provide only requested data and documentation.
  • Log all inspector requests and findings.
  • Implement corrective actions immediately for any deficiencies.
